www.justathought.co.nz – Just a Thought is a free and effective online cognitive behaviour therapy tool for people in Aotearoa New Zealand, that provides courses to support different mental health challenges.

www.sparx.org.nz – is a unique Aotearoa New Zealand developed, award winning computer programme that helps young people learn skills to deal with feeling down, depressed or stressed.

www.auntydee.co.nz – Aunty Dee from Le Va is a free wellbeing web-based tool designed to help young Pasifika people identify and find solutions to their problems.

www.moodgym.anu.edu.au – Moodgym is an Australian internet-based therapy programme, which helps people to learn and practise skills to prevent and manage symptoms of depression and anxiety.

www.smilingmind.com.au – Smiling Mind is a modern meditation for young people. It is a unique web and app-based programme, designed to help bring balance to young people’s lives.
